As a First Responder you will be ready to deal with first aid emergencies in a challenging environment. You will be equipped to deal with major incidents, trauma, severe bleeding, suspected spinal injuries, and other serious and life-threatening conditions. You will be able to triage multiple casualties, and liaise with and assist the emergency medical services, carrying out a full and competent handover upon their arrival. First Responder courses are the next step up in your career as a First Aider.
